Agreement: Under-signed Transporter/driver (Transporter) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 24-7 Auto
Transport, Inc. (Broker) and Broker's officers, agents and employees regarding all matters in relation to this
transport. Transporter shall leave a signed inspection report with pick up and drop off contacts/clients (Contact).
Transporter is entirely responsible for any/all damages not marked on the inspection report left with Contact at pick
up. If vehicle is picked up where there is no one to sign the inspection report, Transporter must call 24-7 Auto
Transport at (702) 529-0700 and report any damage on the vehicle before loading. If any vehicle is damaged while in
Transporter's custody, Transporter shall not demand payment for transport until after Transporter or Transporter's
insurance company pays for the said damage entirely including vehicle loss of value. Transporter is responsible for
all consequences of late pick-up and/or drop-off. This includes any late pick-up fees.  24-7 Auto Transport at its
discretion, shall deduct 10% of the agreed transport payment per day for late deliveries. These vehicles MUST NOT BE
TOWED OR DRIVEN ON ANY ROAD other than a short distance for loading and unloading only. Transporter agrees not to
solicit Broker's clients for future business. This agreement supersedes any other agreement Transporter may obtain
from pick-up and/or drop-off Contacts. Any/All disagreement(s) regarding this transport shall be adjudicated in the
County of Orange, State of California.
