Important notes:
Please make sure to:

  1. When Trucking company/driver arrives to pick up your vehicle(s) be sure to check the drivers license (DL) of driver to be current and valid. Write down his name, License number, Issuing State. Compare and verify his picture with his face. If driver allows take a picture of his drivers License instead.
  2. Take a picture of the truck and trailer including license plates of truck and triler
  3. Make sure driver does phisycal inspection of vehicles(s) and annotates the inspection sheet. This is in addition to taking photos of vehicles.
  4. Driver must allow you to sign the inspection sheet. He also must sign the inspection sheet
  5. Driver must give you a copy of the inspection sheet before he leaves, paper or electronic
  6. If driver does not cooperated and comply with all above items you have the option of refusing to give him the vehicle(s). In that case Please call dispatch @ (702) 529-0700 and let us know about it.
  7. Reminder: Trucking company/driver, not 24-7 Auto Transport Inc (including its officers and employess), is solely and entirely responsible for any and all damages or loss which may rarely happen to your vehicle(s) while enroute. Trucking company/driver is not responsible for any damage which driver can not control such as rock chips, dirt on the car, cracked windsheild due to road or weather conditions.
