Purpose:
For debugging and displaying all existing session variables.

Usage:
<CF_sessiondebug ipmask="127.0.0.1">

"Ipmask" is an optional parameter used to define a specific IP mask; 
This determines which IP addresses can access session debug information.
If Ipmask is not specified, then all clients will see debug information.
