By signing this order form you agree to pay 24-7 Auto Transport (BROKER) the total amount listed above or any modified amount invoiced to you or your company, within five (5) business days. Your further agree to pay any/all customary late fees and collections fees if BROKER must use such services to collect the amount due to BROKER. You understand that BROKER operates on "BEST EFFORT BASIS". and agree that BROKER is not responsible for any consequense, financial or otherwise, of delayed pick-up or drop-off of any vehicle(s) by the driver. You further agree that the Transporter and not the BROKER is responsible for any/all damage(s) done to anything or anyone while your vehicle(s) are in posession of the Transporter. You shall pay for any special equipement (i.e: fork-lift, tow truck) which may be required to load/unload IN-OP vehicles.
