1. VINs of the truck and trailer which will pick up and deliver our vehicle(s).
   Also email Side-view picture of truck and trailer.
2. Driver's full legal name and driver's licence number.
3. Picture of Drivers License of driver.
4. CONFIRM that you will not switch driver, truck or trailer after you receive our dispatch sheet. We must be notified by email and phone call if you have to switch driver truck or trailer.
5. Make 24-7 Auto Transport Inc. Cert Holder and email a copy. WE WILL VERIFY WITH YOUR INURANCE COMPANY.
